Trinity Credit Services - Has anyone ever worked with them?

I am confused..... Before I hired Trinity Credit Services to repair my bad credit I did a ton of research because that's what I do.  At first I was put off by all the negative reviews but I decided to call them and see for myself.  I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Fernando and he was great.  I threw a ton of questions at him and I feel he answered them directly and honestly.  I called a few other companies and it seemed like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear.  After a few days I decided to give them a shot.  One of the things i really liked was the consistent voice representing my account.  Anytime I had a question or needed advice, Fernando always responded.  Even after the process started I was still skeptical but I made a decision and was going to stick to it.  After the first couple of months I did notice a drastic improvement in my credit score. My only goal was to buy a house and I was determined to make that happen. And it DID!! Thank you Trinity!!!

I have had to pay for them to pull my credit report three times. Each time the same bs, I didnt give my mail to them (I did I made copies). 1 year into it ive done everything they have asked and my credit score has DROPPED.

same thing Im going to do to them!

One damn year into it and my credit score has dropped. Cant get someone to answer the phone 3/25/13. Paid over 1000 and got NOTHING. This company is a SCAM  stay away!

FRAUD SO FAR!!! Not even BBB accredited! I have been working with Melissa Kimberlin (Senior Credit Coach) and what a horrible experience! I have a credit score of 587 and was trying to be charged $900 to fix my credit yet EVERYWHERE online I have read that they are charging people waaaay less and they have worse credit than I do. The worst part is that I ONLY authorized them to pull my credit (I never paid them a penny!) and guess what Trinity did? They applied for a home loan on my behalf WITHOUT my consent!!! I received a letter in the mail from a mortgage company first thing this year and the first line in the letter reads: "In connection with your application for a loan, the lender must disclose to you the score that a consumer reporting agency distributes to users and the lender used in connection with your loan and the key factors affecting your credit scores." I immediately contacted the home mortgage loan company stated on the letter I received because I was appalled that they did a loan request/application without my consent! Luckily the man who assisted me is investigating this and is so far BEYOND helpful. He stated to me in an email that another person contacted him with the same issue and this other person was having their credit "repaired" thorugh Trinity so he asked if I gave them my info to "repair" my credit... I was in disbelief! How could this gentleman possibly know I asked Trtinity to pull my credit?! I then forwarded his email to Melissa with Trinity and she kept giving me the run around and never answered my question as to why she applied for a home loan without my consent! I went back and forth with her through numerous emails trying to get an answer from her with NO success! I finally sent her one last email stating I am having this investigated (which I am) because this is FRAUD! Her answer was that I gave her consent to pull my credit... I ONLY AUTHORIZED MY CREDIT PULLED!!! NOT FOR ANYONE TO APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN ON MY BEHALF AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Once the investigation is finished I will update this, but if the outcome of the investigation is not good I will definitely be suing her and the company for sure! The internet is very powerful, unfortunately for them, they messed with the wroooong person!

I don't recommend this company. My credit counselor didn't return my calls or emails after a month of my service and they received their money. I had to write a complaint letter and involve management. The manager took over my case, but I still had to get on top of her and continuiously call and write her to get results. They promise you results BEFORE you give them the Thousand dollars, but then they aren't available to answer questions or get results done. VERY VERY disappointing!

I USED STEVE TANZY, TELL HIM  SENT YOU AND HE WILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON THE PAYMENTS AND TRUST ME, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT.... A WHOLE LOT!!

I HAVE HAD 43 NEG. ITEMS OUT OF 52 REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT. I HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW VEHICLE AND LOOKING TO BUY A HOME. TRINITY CREDIT SERVICES DOES WORK YOU JUST HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH EVERY LITTLE TINY BIT OF INFO. ITS MORE WORK ON THEM THAN US BUT IT WILL WORK. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE CLAIMING OTHER WISE MUST HAVE FAILED TO TURN IN EVERYTHING. WHATEVER THE SITUATION IS I CAN SAY IM SATISFIED AT THE MOMENT. IF YOUR BUILDING OR RE-BUILDING CREDIT, GET - A - SECURED- CREDIT- CARD!!!!!!!!!!!

I went back through my emails.  His email is Email removed per TOS.  OG

It worked for me.  His name is Joey S.  I was explained the full process and not to expect anything to be too good to be true.  They lived up to that expectation, and I still have 2 months left with them.  I've already gone up to my goal of getting a house now.  I'm tempted to go and purchase now, but they urge me to wait until completion so my score is even higher and I get an even better interest rate.  This was my problem in the beginning to get me in my mess.  Waiting!  LOL.  His extension was 212. He also gave me his cell phone number as well, but I probably shouldn't give that on here.

Thanks from Mary.
