Here is a letter I sent in regards to my loan

Dear Target Cash Now,

It has come to my attention that payday lenders must be licensed by the state of Iowa in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid.

My loan of 300.00$ was funded on 02/02/2021 I have made the following payments, for a total of 362.44$

I am also revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed. I have given a copy of these revocations to both my bank and my employer. Any future attempts to collect funds in this manner will be blocked.

Please respond to this email with acknowledgment that my account has been satisfied in full.

This is there response and they have continued to contact me what is my next move,

If you choose not to pay your loan, your loan will default, which may have reporting consequences that may hinder your ability to get loans/credit in the future. Collection activity will continue which may include transferring your account to a 3rd party debt collection agency. Please advise....
