Legal in Alabama

Is Lend Up legal in Alabama? What can you do if the loan company is not legal in Alabama and you have already paid them more back than what you borrowed to begin with? Is there a way of keeping them from taking more money out of my bank account?

High-cost payday lending is legal in Alabama.
Still if you feel that the loan company is illegal, stop paying them immediately, revoke the ACH asap.

Checked their official website. Seems to be a legal lender. How much did you borrow? What is the APR on the loan?

ACH revokation is the only way to stop them from taking more money out of your bank account.
