thank you very much.  He keeps calling my job, so unfortunetley I have to answer the phone. :/

File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.

You'll get countless calls from this collection agency. Each time, they will relate a new story to you. However, the fact is they can't do anything to you. Don't believe a word that you hear.

Ok...for starters...payday loans are ILLEGAL in PA.  PA is also a non garnishment state so your wages cannot be garnished.  Is this a good enough indication that they are scam artists?

Follow the link in my signature line for full info on how to deal with payday loans.  Look up RJS, get their address and send them a cease and desist letter telling them to bug off, the loan paper is dirty and null/void.  And STAY OFF THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay so he called back again just now and said if I don't have an answer for him by 5pm today, whether to make a deal and pay, it will be released to the Chester County Court house (local) for them to handle and that a sheirff will bring my subpeona to both home and work to ensure I get it and then I can go to court.  He said that they have the garnish paperwork and since I signed it, the courts will grant and take 45% of my pays until they are paid back.  This isn't the pdl firm this is the RJS guy goes by the name of Brad.    If someone could please respond and tell me my right with this guy and if they can do all this pleeeaassseee!!!  Should I just ignore it or do something about it?  I don't want to end up in court.

oh this is me again...I live in PA which my understanding from this site these types of loans are illegal correct?  and it was legal for me to close my checking account.  Please advise as I need to know if they can serve me here at work or take me to court.
