Yes and i sent the letter today to stop the ach payments. I paid a LOT! this is what they emailed to me when I told them I knew they were illegal....

They are not a legal lendes.. If you have take out a loan, then just pay the principal amount.

Yes, I went over my paperwork and realized I'm being charged like 700% interest though!!!!

No. They aren't legal in GA. They are a tribal lender. Have you borrowed a payday loan from them? How much have you paid?
