Lending refusing to give me the amortization schedule

I owe $45,000 on my home loan. The interest rate on the loan is 4%. I want to repay the mortgage within the next 5-6 years. Currently, I am making low payment on the loan.

How much should I pay every month to meet my goal? I requested my lender to give me an amortization schedule. But he told me that this is not possible. Really? Can’t I get a rough estimate?

The lender could have easily given you the amortization schedule,. He just chose to not give you. Anyway, online mortgage calculators are available nowadays. You can use it.

It took less than 10 seconds to find one.  $828 for 5 years, $704 for 6 years.
