suggest me the best solution

I have 4 major cc debt of 13K, personal loan of 15K and 10K of store cc and 209K of mortgage. I am self employed and facing with real difficulties. I am 90 days behind with mortgage payment, 60 days with 3 cc and paying minimum amount of others. My monthly expense is 4K including utility and others. Even with debt settlement i can\'t pay full but \'ll try with monthly payment. Should I go with bancrupcy?

He is having trouble making his mortgage payment now....refinancing right now with his credit in the capper is not going to result in a lower payment, especially if he borrows more..and that is IF his loan is right side up.  So many people right now are upside down on their loans.

If you are not able to solve your debt problems through consolidation or refinancing, then you may go for bankruptcy. However, keep in mind that bankruptcy will tank your credit. It will stay on your credit report for 7-10 years.

Can you opt for a refinance? Check the present mortgage rates and take out another loan so that you can repay the original loan. ALways remember that your secured loan should be taken care of before the unsecured loan as the colleteral will or else be seized.

Well you cannot include your mortage in a debt consolidation and it is unlikely that the personal loan will participate.

You should be paying your mortgage BEFORE your credit card debt or you will loose the house.
