Can you please tell us the name of the state and the pdl companies? We can tell you whether or not these companies are legal in your state. If they are legal and you can't afford to make the payments, then enroll in a payday loan consolidation program.

You haven’t mentioned the name of your state. So it’s very difficult to say whether or not pdl companies are licensed in your state. If you find that the lenders are not licensed to operate in your state, then you will have to pay only the principal amount. If you have paid them more than the principal, then ask them for the refund. On the other hand, if they are licensed, then you will be accountable for both the principal and interest. In such a case you may try to arrange a better repayment plan with your lenders. You may also get help from a professional debt relief company.
