Kim...no it is not legal in MN. I do not even have to look at MN licensing...Green Gate is a tribal lender and has no authority to lend or collect in any state. Send them an ACH revocation, then go to your bank and CLOSE your account. Give a copy of the ACH revocation to the bank. Legally you should pay them back the principal at YOUR convience...which could be a dollar a month if you so choose.
