for 4 mos i have offered to settle with boa, they did not accept the last offer at 60% , its really been quiet in the way of communication from them, it kind of making me uneasy. what do you think their next step is and what should i do next? appreciate any advice. thanks so much.

It’s very difficult to say what would be their next step. It entirely depends on their discretion. Wait for a while and see what is happening.


They can assign the account to a debt buyer. They can also simply charge off the account. Make a higher settlement offer.


It is possible they are getting ready to sue you.  Or sell the account.  Hard to say without my crystal ball.
