do I have to inform the bank also?

I have a lifetime free credit card, offered from my bank where I have my salary account. Now I would be changing my company, so do I have to inform the bank also? In that case is there any possibility that the bank would cancel my credit card, or revoke the lifetime free benefit?

I think it is better to inform the bank about it. Do you want to close the salary account? I mean you can convert it into your personal checking account. Ask the banker if you'll be able to use the credit card in such a situation.

Once the direct deposit  stops, the benefits will probably stop.
