FIA CSNA stands for Financial Institute of America - Credit Services North America. FIA Card services is a company supplementary that delivers visa credit cards which have been used by Wachovia and Regions Bank customers.

They would make enquiries to your credit report twice a year just for the purpose of checking it. Try to find out if the enquiries they make are hard or soft. If the enquiries were hard, then it will hurt your credit score but if the enquiries were soft, then it will not hurt your credit score.

Its short for Financial Institute of America - Credit Services North America. They are just checking up I think. Were the inquiries 'hard' or 'soft'?
