Vacating a Judgment-what are grounds?

CC number is not correct on the court record or in the CR. Would that be enough to try and vacate? Last number of the account is different.

I think you can talk to the clerk about this and if required you can always get help from an attorney. Though SOAPLADY may be right, you can get advice from an attorney who offers free counseling.

Please, you do NOT need an attorney.  You should be able to track this on your credit report.  Creditors frequently  use internal numbers instead of the actual credit card number when suing.

You can always contact an attorney and try to vacate the judgment on the grounds that correct information is not mentioned in the credit report or in the court records. The court and your attorney will let you know whether or not the judgment could be vacated.

They are probably using an internal number.  They are always different from the actual card number.
