Hi there… My vehicle was repo-ed and the lender sold the said vehicle for full amount of balance, to charge the interest from the note for collections. If so, do I need to send them a PFD?
Was the entire balance including repo fees and other costs paid thru the auction or just the balance of the loan. You should probably check.
You will not get a paid for delete.
PFD does not work. If the balance has been satisfied in full, then you can request the lender to update the account status.
