Pepper Cash

Hi! I have taken out a pay day loan for $400. I understand that because they aren\'t legal in the U.S.., or MN at least that I only have to pay that amount and not any of their additional fees. What is the best way to handle this once I have paid that amount that I took out, so I don\'t have to pay more and upset them. Any advice would be grand!

Yeah….since they are illegal, so you are required to pay them only the principal amount. No need to pay any interest or fees. Close your bank account asap. Don’t worry, illegal lenders won’t be able to take any legal action against you.

Close your bank account. Revoke ACH authorization. Send a letter explaining that you'll only pay the principal amount. Send the payments via money order.
