My father’s creditors are calling me regarding debts – What to do

My father has expired last October. My father’s creditors are calling me everyday. He didn’t make any will. There is no probate or life insurance. The creditors are telling me to pay off the debts. I don’t owe them. What should I do in this situation?

Creditors will call you time and again. They will want their money back. Tell creditors to not call you again since you don't owe the debt.

Hang up.Send them cease and desist letters.

If you don’t owe this debt, then you need not to pay anything. Creditors often try to collect their debts at any cost. You should immediately contact with an attorney in this regard.
