Is DMP the best choice for me?

I have a debt of around $4500. I live from paycheck to paycheck. As such, it is quite difficult for me to make timely payments. I have missed only 2 payments till now. I am planning to go for DMP. It seems to be a good option to me. Am I right in thinking like that? I am not still confident about it. Please advice.

I think the best option will be to negotiate with your creditors on your own. Explain your financial situation and find out whether or not you can qualify for a hardship program.

I think you can go for debt consolidation. This is because it helps you to replace your multiple bills into a single monthly payment. It doesn’t have any negative impact on your credit score.
