They can file a lawsuit against you because of non-payment of debt. Once the court issues a judgment against you, then they can garnish your wages or place a lien on your property. So always try to make payments on time.

It probably means that they are going to send papers to your office. Try to make the remaining payments to the law office.

Very simple, the law office is directly going to sue you over this. I think you need to talk to the law office regarding the problem you are having in making the payments.

so that means they have to take me to court - right?  My daughter received a phone call from the law office while I was at work and they told her that they were taking papers to my job.
