If that would be possible, since the amount of the last failed transaction has not yet been credited to my account

I tried to make a credit card transaction, but the merchant site failed. Unfortunately my credit card limit is exhausted due to the failed transaction. Now I need to do the same transaction again, please let me know if that would be possible, since the amount of the last failed transaction has not yet been credited to my account.

Call the customare care of the credit card company. See what they tell you. Contact the merchant company too. Inform them what has happened with you.
