I live in Illinois...I was unaware of this deposit...the money has been there in the account without

my knowledge...the money that they have been withdrawing has been coming from their deposit...cause i did not touch it.  so until now...the withdrawals  or payments that they have been taking has been there money that they deposited.

Yes...i should have been watching my account...but, i work six days a week...take care of my two elderly parents...have two teenagers, a grown daughter with three small children under the age of seven living with me...whom i support...  unfortunately going through my bank statement each and every month...is unrealistic at this point.

Somewhere along the line you applied for a payday loan, electronically signed an appliction and provided your bank account number.  Maybe you went thru a company like Money Mutual...it brokers for other lenders. You more than likely DID authorize it.

Obviously you are not checking your bank account on a regular basis.

PDL's are ILLEGAL in the following states...
OH AND NH have very restrictive low cost interest rate laws.

SOL for all states

Payday loan companies often do this thing with the consumers. It is way to make money mate. If the money has been deposited in your account and you have spent it, then you'll be responsible to make payments on it.
