You can do various things when you are unable to make payments in a Ch13 bankruptcy case. One option can be to convert your Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The second option will be to explain your situation to bankruptcy trustee and modify the terms and conditions of the plan. The 3rd option will to be to go for hardship discharge.

If you don't pay the debts as per the payment plan given to you in Chapter 13, then your bankruptcy filing can get dismissed and your creditors can come after you for recovering the full debt. You should immediately contact your bankruptcy attorney and trustee and discuss your situation with them. They will let you know what you need to do in this regard.
