I have been paying my daughter's bills since she's

I have been paying my daughter's bills since she's not had a job which is 3 years now. It has only put myself in debt further. I really can't afford to do this any longer. Any suggestions?

You have to take care of yourself first....your daughter needs to get a job, no matter how menial.

PDL's are ILLEGAL in the following states...
AR, AZ, CT, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, VT AND DC
OH AND NH have very restrictive low cost interest rate laws.

Debt consolidation and settlement are 2 options that might get your daughter out of debt. But I don't think she'll find it easier to have such options till she finds a job for herself. I guess it's time she picks a job that she can stick around for a while, not that she'll always find a job that she likes (but may be something that she can work at). Then perhaps she can write to her creditors and try to establish fresh payment terms. Alternatively, she might hire a debt relief company.

You can ask your daughter to go for debt consolidation or debt settlement in order to get rid of her debts. She should negotiate with her creditors and inform them about her financial hardship in order to qualify for any of the above mentioned options.
