If you are in a financial hardship and can’t repay your debt in full, then you can contact with your creditors and negotiate with them. You may try to consolidate the debts on your own. If the creditors don’t agree to negotiate with you, then you may go for payday loan consolidation. This will help you a lot to resolve your problem.

I agree with what the previous posters have said. To know more about how to deal with illegal payday lenders, glance through the following link:

As payday lending is not legal in MA, so all the payday lenders in this state are illegal. Illegal payday lenders can’t take any legal action against you. If you can’t repay the debts in full, then you can contact with your lenders. You may try to settle the debts on your own. Otherwise, you may enroll in a reliable debt settlement program.

It is true that payday lending is illegal in the State of MA. You should pay them the principal amount in full in order to get rid of them. Once you pay off the principal amount, you may close down your bank account so that they cannot debit any money from your account. If you've paid them more than the principal amount, then you should ask for a refund.
