If your lender is licensed in Florida, then you have to repay your loan in full. In case you fail to repay, your lender might file a lawsuit against you. He might also achieve a garnishment order following a judgment. Payday loan consolidation is certainly a good option for you. You may opt for a professional debt relief company. Make sure you explain your financial obligations to the counselor and show him through your actual financial strength. He'll then be able to provide you with the best repayment plan.

I completely agree with Anna. You can contact with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation to know whether or not payday loan companies from where you have taken the loan is licensed to operate in your state. If they are licensed, then you will have to pay the principal amount with interests and other fees. Non-payment of debt is not a criminal offense. This is why you can't be arrested by the police. If you can’t afford to repay the debt in full, then you may take out a secured loan to repay the existing debts. The interest rate on this loan is lower as compared to the payday loan.

Payday lending is legal in Florida. You need to check out whether or not your payday lender is licensed from the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. If you find that your payday lenders are licensed in your state, then you can go for the option of payday loan consolidation and get rid of your debts. If you find that your payday lenders are not licensed to operate in your state, then you should check out the given page to know how you can deal with them: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html .
