Hi i have 3 questions.1.I had a credit card with citi wwhich was charged off to client services. i offerd them 1800.00 on a 4700 settlement. They accepted it. I then asked for a letter and they sent me a letter with no signiture where do i go from here. 2. chase i owe them $474 i offered a ful payment for a chargeoff removal, They wont do it any tips? . 3. i have atlantic credit collections 1000 willing to accept 700 but will not negotiate for any delete what are my optons?. thankyou
