Everytime I get a letter from a CA, I send then a DV letter. Recently, I had a CA send me vaidation documents after sending them a DV letter, and then I get another letter from a different CA trying to collect on the same account. Can I send them a DV letter as well even though the first CA validated the debt?

True, if the second CA fails to validate your debt then they probably don't own your debt. In that case, you may send a Cease and desist letter to your second CA and ask them to stop contacting you in this regard.

You should send a validation letter to second CA though the first CA validated your debt. This will help you make sure whether or not the first CA sold off the debt to the second CA.
