Do I need to pay debt incurred by deception?

I am a divorced woman. I live in a community property state. My ex-husband has opened several credit accounts in my name before divorce. He has never told me about this. I have just come to know about this. This is outright deception. I have told him that I am not going to pay a penny. He has even withdrawn money from my retirement funds. I am shocked by his audacity. I have told him to not touch my retirement funds any more. My ex-husband told me that he will file a lawsuit against me. Really? Am I responsible for the debt?
