Try to pay off the debts first. You can work over-time or do a part-time job to increase your income. You can use this money to pay off your debts. Once the debts are repaid, start adding positive information on your credit report. This will help you increase your score gradually.

You may try to consolidate your debts on your own. Look at this page to know about how to consolidate debts yourself:

I think it would be better for you to contact with your creditors and try to negotiate with them. If possible, set up a payment arrangement with them. Always try to add positive information on your credit report.

The best way to improve your credit score is to pay your bills on time and not carry too high of a debt to income ratio.  We can't really help you unless you give us more specific info about your situation and what your ultimate goals are.
