Car loan SOL

I had my two cars repossessed due to the loss of my wages. One of the car lenders was from California and one from Arizona. I presently stay at Arizona. Does the SOL for the car from California lender will follow the rules of California’s SOL, where the contract was signed, or Arizona where it was repo\'d? I\'m new to all this, so would the SOL for the length of reporting time start on the first day a payment was late or missed? Or repo date? Both show \"charge off/collection\" on my reports.

The SOL will start from the date of first default. The California lender will follow the SOL period of that state. He will follow the rules of California's SOL, where the contract was signed.
