Capital one won\'t settle

I\'m about 140 days late with capital one. I offered to settle and all they tell me is that there are no settlements available in my account. They said that it is done by computer and they won\'t budge. Don\'t know what to do I lost my job and don\'t have the $ to pay the full amount. I have told them about my hardship but they won\'t give me a settlement offer.

I have some $ saved up about 45 -50% but they won't settle. If I go to a settlement company they will take a piece of that $ and cap1 would have to take less. I don't know what to do!!

They won't settle the account. It is clear. Get a job soon. Otherwise settlement companies won't be able to help you out. You need money more than anything else.

As you are not able to get the settlement done of your own, you can take the help of a debt relief agency or a debt settlement company.

If you are in a financial hardship, then you may try to get help from your friends and family members.

Yes, contact a professional debt settlement company so that they may help you negotiate with your creditors and waive off a large portion from your balance. Often it is seen that when the professional debt consultants take the responsibility, the entire process can be easily executed.

You can contact your local debt settlement companies and they may help you in negotiating with your creditor so that you can settle your debts.
