A land is purchased in joint name two brothers. One brother has not paid amount towards land. But its name is available in the land record. Will he entitle for 50% of land or otherwise.

If his name is there on the land record, then he is entitled for 50% of the land. You can't do anything about it.

He still owns 50% so his entitlement remains the same.
