Dealing With Collection Agencies

SPP debt collector started robocalling me, my mother, and friends/family over 5 times a day. i called them back and they said they were calling to settle my debt with Plain Green and asked me how would I like to pay or about a payment plan. I ask ed for debt validation to be mailed to me. She asked for my email stating it was time sensitive matter. I refused and asked to be mailed.

This debt was for a tribal loan from Plain Green after my cancer surgery two years ago. Can they sue me over a tribal loan? I forgot about this loan after I became ill.
