Need a letter to remove medical collections

I need a letter to remove medical collections from my credit report. I have several collection agencies calling me for medical bills that are not mine. I need them removed, but don\'t know how.

You need to do 2 things right now.

1. Send debt validation letters to the collection agencies.

2. Dispute the debt with credit reporting agencies
