I had applied for verizon internet online and had a man come to my apartment to test the connection. Once he had tested the connection he suggested that we not even get the internet and we go through the boro for our internet. Nothing was ever installed and we were still being billed for it (even though the man said he would take care of it) We continued to be billed for the services we werent receiving, so I asked a friend of mine who worked with verizon to ask his boss to take care of it, he said he did take care of it, until I got a letter in the mail saying the bill was now being collected from an agency. I thought it was taken care of, but it wasnt. What is the easiest way to dispute this?
