Hello - Sorry if this is answered somewhere already... If it is, please point me in that direction. If not, I welcome any quick/helpful response.

Today, we received a letter for an unpaid Doctor's office visit. I thought it had/was being taken care of under my insurance. It appears this one slipped through the cracks when we were on COBRA for a couple of months during the summer. I have requested the insurance company re-process the claim, which I am sure they will.

If the insurance company processes the claim, will it go to the doctor's office and cause Medicredit to dismiss or no longer pursue the claim?
Is it possible for the insurance company to pay Medicredit directly?

I really want my credit score to stay good.

What should I do next?
