Have anyone dealt with Cawley and Bergmann?

I have received a letter from them regarding an account with Chase. As per the letter, I have to pay about $6500 to them. I have not sent the dunning letter yet. I just wanted to know if anyone has dealt with them first.

You can send a DV letter to them. However, this may indicate that you're interested in settling the debt. They are a JDB.

According to the website of the Cawley and Bergmann, it’s a debt collection company that specializes the recovery of charged off consumer debt. Well, the company claims it to be a law firm and you  should  immediately request for a debt validation letter. The collection agency may not threaten you if you show interest that you ‘re paying off the debt
