how do i remove sol accounts from my credit report,they are very old and still there,sold a couple or more times over time.How do i write or word this letter to the 3 credit Bureaus successfully

Yeah, negative items are supposed to remain on your credit score for 7 years. So, you need to let us know how old these debts are that you would like to dispute. As for the letter, you will have to write about the expired SOL. I think you may be able to get some help if you check this out:

Find out if the accounts have crossed the 7 year benchmark first. If the accounts have not crossed the 7 year bench mark, then they will stay on your credit report. You can't ask the credit bureaus to remove the items from your report in such a situation. 


Give reply of whatever Soaplady has asked. Otherwise, it’s very difficult to give you any suggestion. Usually negative items remain on your credit report for 7 years from the date of your first default.
