Can I get a rental apartment with a small amount?

I'm doing a part-time job for the last 2 years. I have saved nearly $2000. Is this amount enough to get a rental apartment? Is there anything else which I should take care of in order to qualify for a rental apartment?

Well, it’s not enough to get an apartment with a small amount that you’ve saved. However, there are some other criteria that you’re required to follow to qualify for a rental apartment. In most of the cases, renting an apartment requires credit check whether the applicant has paid his debt as agreed. Another point that is the primary requirement is adequate income for renting an apartment. The property manager may review your income proof before giving apartment on rent.

What you haved saved will not get you an apartment...it would be your ability to pay your monthly rent.
