We filed a BK in 2009 and it filalized in 2010, we

We filed a BK in 2009 and it filalized in 2010, we kept our home,rental and car, approved by the court. A reaffermation was done on the car but no one explained to us about the reaffermation to be done for the mortgages. now we can't refinance as our credit report shows no payments and eventhough I went to the original lenders they say I have to reafferm and have it signed by the BK court. Attorney didn't mention it either we are in Calif. We don't have 1500.00 that the attorney said it would take to open our file and do the forms. What do we do??
