How to deal with a freeze that was put on my checking account? Where do I lodge my complaint? Please help

yup, I owe child support. Levy placed by a creditor.

A complaint?? A levy is placed on your account because you owe a debt and they got a judgment...or you owe child support. How about giving us more information on who placed the levy.

Dont bank on getting your funds back either.
