Western Sky in Florida

I am in Florida and have several payday loans including one from Western Sky for $1,000 that turned out to be $1,500 because they took the finance first. Now Cash Call is calling me to make payments payable to them.... and I am having a problem with that. I dont want to default but what to do the legal thing. I have contacted the other smaller loan companies and I am trying to work payment plans with them. They are not too happy about it, but at least I making plans to pay them. Please give me some ideas on how to handle them all.

Thank you

Do not negosiate with either Cash Call or Western Sky. Cash call is just a front company to justify Western Skies loans. They are affiliated with each other. There both rip offs. Contact you State Attorneys office and discus it with them. Neither have any business making loans.[

I completely agree with Anna. If you are able to convince Cash Call, then they may help you to consolidate or settle your debts. But, if it is not possible for you to negotiate with them on your own, then you may get help from a debt relief company. This company helps you to resolve your problem and negotiate with your creditors on your behalf.

There are chances that Western Sky has sold off your debt account to Cash Call. If Cash Call is handling your debt account for Western Sky, then you should contact Cash Call and try to negotiate with them. If you can convince them about your financial situation, then they may help you in settling or consolidating your debts.
