How long before my home goes into foreclosure?

I haven\'t made a payment in almost 16 months I received a certified letter from b of a \"notice of intent ot accelerate\" they are asking me to pay 15,000 by september 1 and I alredy tried doing a loan modication and they said I didn\'t qualify nor did I qualify for the home affordable modification program because they said I didn\'t send the paperwork they needed on time, well they wanted me to send paperwork to them in less than 24 hours if they did not receive it by that time they would decline me, they wanted the same documentation I had sent to them 2 months earlier, why are they still asking for the same documentation if it was already sent, supposably that\'s when the underwriter was reviewing the loan for the modification, this happened about 1 month ago, when should I start preparing to leave my home? I\'m starting a new job in September can I still make partial payments?

my mortgage is due and i had my house up for sale, cause i will be moving when it sells. i have no money to make another mortgage payment. lost my job in jan......my savings is gone, what will happen if i cant make a payment

Partial payments wont do you anything right now.  You need to find an attorney asap.....loss mitigation departments are constantly loosing paperwork and asking for paperwork that has been submitted numerous times.  Wells Fargo is notorious for this .

May be your lender did not receive the required documents on time. That can be the reason why your loan modification request got canceled. After the foreclosure, you will receive a Notice for Eviction from the lender. The time period to leave the property will be mentioned in that notice.
