I received a phone call from Reliant Exchange Grou

I received a phone call from Reliant Exchange Group trying to collect a debt on a loan from ThinkCash. They said that they would be contacting my County Court to receive a judgment on this civil complaint. Well I had contacted National Credit Adjusters because they reported this account on my credit report as of July 31, 2012 and I have not heard back from them. I asked that Reliant Exchange Group send me validation of the debt and they told me that it would take 48 hours to send that and that if we couldn't make payment arrangements today that they would be contacting my county court. What should I do? Are these 2 companies related and how can both be collecting on the same debt. And can they really file judgment if i'm requesting validation and they won't send it.

Since, Think Cash is an illegal entity, so you can't be sued for it. The CA won't be contacting your county court. This is just a empty scare tactic. I am pretty sure that the CA would not be able to validate the debt.

ThinkCash aka Plain Green Loans is an illegal tribal lending entity. You need to dispute the National Credit Adjuster's item on your credit report with the credit bureau. Moreover, when Relient calls ask them for their address first, then verbally tell them never to call again and then send them a Cease and Desist letter in writing. Also, file a complint with the AG and the FTC against Reliant.
